Set personalised, concrete investment parameters to give you a red or green light on every deal assessed. Consider deposit, renovation budget, gross yield, land development opportunity, subdivision, and much more.

Scour the market for properties that match your parameters. Review properties with Ilse against the parameters you’ve agreed to further refine your approach.

Comprehensive due diligence of deals that meet your parameters with the help of expert local property managers, estate agents, builders, valuers, and more (A.K.A. your Power Team). Calculate precise deal outcomes prior to buying in order to set a detailed execution strategy along with your Power Team.

Delegate to the local Power Team to complete your renovation plan, and create your equity and passive income. Or, for the more hands-on investors, get on the tools and as involved as you want to be.
